Carrot Orange Fizz

Ingredients

  • 2oz Natalie’s Orange Juice
  • 1 can Saint Spritz Amalfi
  • 1 tbsp rosemary syrup
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • Orange slices for ice garnish
  • Rosemary sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  1. To make the citrus rose ice cubes, thinly slice an orange. Using 3 orange slices per ice cube, arrange the slices in a circular pattern in each space of a large square ice mold. Pour water into the ice mold and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  2. Prepare the rosemary syrup by adding all ingredients to a small microwave safe bowl and microwave for 45 seconds. Allow to cool.
  3. To assemble the drink, place one ice cube in a coupe glass.
  4. Top with the rosemary syrup, ½ a can of Saint Spritz Amalfi, and a splash of Natalie’s Orange Juice.
  5. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and enjoy!
