Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I find Natalie's Juice?

Natalie’s Juice is sold from coast to coast at major retailers and local grocers. Visit our store locator to find the closest location near you. You can also shop online and get 2-day delivery straight to your door.

Why can’t I find my favorite flavor or size?

Product availability can vary by retailer and region. If your store doesn’t have the one you’re looking for, check with the store’s produce or dairy manager to see if they can order additional flavors or quantities. You can also check our store locator or shop online for the full selection.

How can I tell if my juice has spoiled?

If it smells sour, tastes fizzy, or looks unusually thick or separated, don’t drink it. This usually occurs if the juice wasn’t kept cold at some point during shipping or storage.

Reach out to our team at customer.service@natalies.com or through the Contact Us form with the product name, size, and code printed on the bottle so we can help and look into what happened.

Does Natalie’s Juice require refrigeration?

Yes. Natalie’s Juice should always be kept between 32-38°F before and after opening to maintain its quality, freshness, and safety.

What does “clean-label” mean? Are there added sugars or preservatives?

One look at our label and you’ll see: we use only a few ingredients. Ones you know, love, and can pronounce. Nothing artificial, no preservatives, or GMOs. Just clean practices and clean ingredients for a juice you can trust.

The majority of our juices contain just one or two ingredients and are 100% real juice. Some of our juice beverages, like our lemonades and margarita mix, are sweetened with pure cane sugar for the perfect balance of flavor. We never use chemical preservatives or artificial flavors. Just real, simple ingredients crafted The Natalie’s Way.

Is Natalie’s Juice pasteurized? What is “gourmet pasteurization”?

Yes. Natalie’s uses gourmet pasteurization, which means gently heating the juice to minimal temperature and time necessary to ensure safety. This careful balance protects taste and nutrition without relying on preservatives or concentrates.

Are your juices non-GMO or organic?

All of our juices are Non-GMO and made from carefully sourced fruits that meet our quality standards. Our Organic Orange Juice is certified USDA Organic.

Are your juices certified Kosher?

Yes. Natalie’s Juice products are certified Kosher. You may see either a KSA or OU symbol on our bottles depending on where they were produced.

Is your packaging recyclable and BPA-free? What are you bottles made of?

Yes. All Natalie’s Juice bottles and shipping boxes are recyclable. We even use post-consumer recycled material (PCR) in some.

Our bottles are made from HDPE and PET plastics, both safe for food use and free from BPA. Please rinse bottles before recycling to help ensure they’re properly processed.

Are your juices made in Florida?

Natalie’s Juice is crafted in South Florida, where our story began. We also make juice in Southern California.

How often do you produce juice?

We make juice daily in small batches to keep it flavorful and true to the fruit. It’s the best way to capture real quality, and it’s how we’ve always done it.

Can you freeze the juice?

You can freeze Natalie’s Juice if needed, but we recommend enjoying it by the date on the bottle for the best quality. If you decide to freeze it, just know the taste and texture may change a little once it’s thawed. Because liquid expands as it freezes, we recommend removing a small amount from the bottle first to prevent leaking.

Why does the juice color change throughout the year?

Because Natalie’s Juice is made from real fruit, natural variations happen with each harvest. Weather, growing conditions, and fruit variety can all affect the color and flavor slightly. We test every batch for sweetness, acidity, and blend to keep the taste consistent, and our fruit typically meets higher quality standards than industry averages.

Why does my juice separate in the bottle?

Separation is natural and doesn’t affect the quality or taste. Because we don’t use stabilizers, the fruit solids may settle over time. We recommend shaking the bottle before drinking.

Can I buy juice directly from Natalie's?

You can order directly from our website and have Natalie’s Juice delivered to your door with 2-day shipping included in the price.

We don't currently offer bulk or wholesale orders for personal use. We recommend that you check with your local grocery store’s produce or dairy manager to see if they can order in bulk. Visit our store locator to find retailers near you.

How does shipping work for online orders? How much does it cost?

Orders placed Monday through Wednesday ship the same or next day to ensure delivery before the weekend. Because our juices are perishable and must stay cold, we don’t ship on Thursdays or Fridays to prevent delays in transit. All online orders include 2-day shipping in the price.

How can I get help with an online order?

If there’s an issue with your online order, respond to your order email or reach out to our team at orders@natalies.com. Please include your order number and details about the problem. Whether it’s a shipping delay, damaged product, or missing item, we’ll review it right away and make it right.

Can I ship Natalie’s Juice as a gift?

Yes. You can send Natalie’s Juice as a gift by entering the recipient’s name and shipping address at checkout. We recommend letting them know to expect a cold delivery so they can refrigerate it right away when it arrives.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

No. We’re unable to deliver to PO Boxes because our juices must stay refrigerated during transit. Please provide a physical address where someone can receive the package.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the U.S.?

At this time, we only ship within the continental United States. We’re not able to ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories because our juices must stay refrigerated during transit.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because Natalie’s Juice is a perishable product, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges. If there’s an issue with your order, please email orders@natalies.com with your order number and details so our team can help make it right.
