Chocolate Orange Tart

Orange Juice
Ingredients
Crust Ingredients:
- 2 cups chocolate graham crackers
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- Zest of 1 orange
Filling Ingredients:
- ¼ cup Natalie's Orange Juice
- 16oz dark chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- Zest of 1 orange
- Toppings
- Sliced oranges
- Flaky sea salt
Directions
- Make the crust by adding the graham crackers to a food processor and pulsing until it is fine crumbs.
- To a mixing bowl add the crumbs and the melted butter. Mix well.
- Press mixture into a tart shell or pan.
- Place in the fridge while you prepare the filling.
- In a saucepan over medium-low heat combine heavy cream orange juice and orange zest.
- Bring to a slow simmer stirring continuously.
- When it is simmering add in the chocolate chips and continue to stir until completely melted.
- Turn off heat and pour the filling into the chilled crust.
- Place the whole tart into the fridge for 2 hours minimum.
- Garnish with fresh orange slices and sea salt.
