Classic Brown Derby Cocktail

Grapefruit Juice
Ingredients
Yields 1
- 2 oz bourbon
- 1 oz Natalie’s Grapefruit Juice
- ½ oz honey syrup (½ honey, ½ water)
- Ice
- 1 dehydrated grapefruit slice (for garnish)
Directions
- Make the honey syrup by combining equal parts honey + hot water, stir until smooth.
- In a cocktail shaker, add bourbon, Natalie's Grapefruit Juice, and honey syrup. Fill with ice and shake about 15 seconds until chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
- With a cocktail pick, garnish with dehydrated grapefruit slices.
