French Gimlet Pops

Featuring Natalie's Lime Juice

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Natalie's Lime Juice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 oz agave syrup
  • ¼ cup St. Germain (elderflower liqueur)
  • ¼ cup gin
  • For garnish: lime slices and edible flowers

Directions

  1. In a pitcher stir together the Natalie's Lime Juice, water, agave, St. Germain, and gin.
  2. Using a mandolin (or very sharp knife) thinly slice 1 lime.
  3. Place 3-4 lime slices into 6 popsicle sleeves along with 1-2 edible flowers.
  4. Pour the gimlet mixture evenly into each popsicle sleeve and seal.
  5. Lay the popsicles on a sheet tray and place in the freezer for a minimum of 3 hours then enjoy!
