Frozen Margarita Monster Pops

Featuring Natalie's Margarita Mix

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Natalie's Margarita Mix
  • 2 tbsp blanco tequila
  • 1 tbsp triple sec
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Candy eyeballs
  • ¼ cup white chocolate melting chips

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl or pitcher whisk together the tequila, Natalie's Margarita Mix, triple sec, lime zest, and salt.
  2. Pour into 6 popsicle molds and add a stick to each one. Freeze overnight.
  3. In a microwave safe bowl microwave the white chocolate for 30 seconds at a time until melted, stirring in between.
  4. Remove the popsicles from the molds and use a spoon to add 2 (or more!) dots of white chocolate to a popsicle.
  5. Press the candy eyes into the chocolate and allow to sit for 10-15 seconds to firm up. Enjoy!
