Frozen Margarita Monster Pops

Margarita Mix
Ingredients
- 2 cups Natalie's Margarita Mix
- 2 tbsp blanco tequila
- 1 tbsp triple sec
- Zest of 1 lime
- ¼ tsp salt
- Candy eyeballs
- ¼ cup white chocolate melting chips
Directions
- In a mixing bowl or pitcher whisk together the tequila, Natalie's Margarita Mix, triple sec, lime zest, and salt.
- Pour into 6 popsicle molds and add a stick to each one. Freeze overnight.
- In a microwave safe bowl microwave the white chocolate for 30 seconds at a time until melted, stirring in between.
- Remove the popsicles from the molds and use a spoon to add 2 (or more!) dots of white chocolate to a popsicle.
- Press the candy eyes into the chocolate and allow to sit for 10-15 seconds to firm up. Enjoy!
