Margarita Mousse

Margarita Mix
Ingredients
- ¼ cup Natalie's Margarita Mix
- 2 tbsp tequila
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 7 oz sweetened condensed milk (half of a 14 oz can)
- Zest of 1 lime
Directions
- In the bowl of a stand mixer use the whisk attachment to beat the heavy cream until you have stiff peaks. About 3 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl whisk together the Natalie's Margarita Mix, tequila, salt, lime zest and sweetened condensed milk.
- Fold in the whipped cream to this mixture until incorporated.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes then serve in individual containers and garnish with extra lime zest.
