Featuring Natalie's

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup butter, softened
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp Natalie's Orange Juice
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- Fresh rosemary for garnish
- Round red sprinkles for garnish
Directions
- In a stand mixer cream together the butter, sugar, vanilla, and salt for 2-3 minutes.
- Turn off the mixer and add the flour and mix on medium speed until just incorporated.
- Turn the dough out onto some plastic wrap, form into a disk and wrap in the plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes while you make the glaze.
- In a small bowl combine the powdered sugar, orange zest, and orange juice. Whisk well.
- On a floured surface, roll out the dough and cut out 24 scalloped cookies.
- Then take a smaller round cookie cutter and cut out the centers, forming a wreath. Discard remaining dough.
- Place all cookies on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 325 for 10-12 minutes until the edges are slightly golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
- Take the cookies and dip into the orange glaze and place on a plate. Repeat for all cookies.
- Before the icing has set, add a small sprig of rosemary and 1-2 round sprinkles to each cookie to decorate the wreath. Enjoy!
