Orange Halloween Fudge
Featuring Natalie's
Orange Juice
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup Natalie's Orange Juice
- ¾ cup butter
- 3 cups sugar
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 7oz marshmallow cream
- 16oz bag of white chocolate chips
- 6 drops yellow food coloring
- 3 drops red food coloring
Toppings:
- Halloween Sprinkles
- White Chocolate & black gel food coloring
Directions
- In a large saucepan over medium high heat combine the butter, sugar and heavy cream and Natalie's Orange Juice. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to medium and cook this mixture for 10 minutes stirring often so the sugar doesn’t burn.
- Remove from heat and stir in marshmallow cream and white chocolate chips. Continue stirring this mixture until the chocolate has melted and is smooth.
- Add in food coloring and stir until it’s the desired color of orange.
- Pour into a parchment lined 9x13 dish and top with sprinkles or white chocolate ghosts!
- a. To make the white chocolate ghosts melt ¼ cup of white chocolate in a
- microwave safe bowl
- b. On a sheet of parchment add a small drop of melted chocolate to
- the sheet.
- c. Using the back of the spoon spread the chocolate down in one swipe creating a
- ghost shape.
- d. Add 2 eyes and a mouth to the ghosts with black gel food coloring.
- e. Place in the fridge to set them quickly.
- Allow the fudge to set for 2 hours (or 30 minutes in the fridge)
- Slice and enjoy!
