Peach Basil Margarita

Featuring Natalie's Margarita Mix

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Natalie's Margarita Mix
  • 1 Cup Blanco Tequila
  • 3 Peach Halves (from a jar in syrup) or 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 3 Fresh Basil Leaves
  • Pinch of Flaky Salt
  • ¼ Cup Basil Simple Syrup
  • 5 Basil Leaves
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Cup Sugar

Directions

  1. Make the basil simple syrup by bringing 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. Reduce heat and add 5 basil leaves. Simmer for 5-10 minutes stirring occasionally.
  3. Let it cool and set aside.
  4. In a blender combine the peaches 3 basil leaves tequila margarita mix pinch of salt and basil simple syrup.
  5. Blend for about 30 seconds.
  6. Pour the margarita over ice and garnish with fresh basil and lime wedges
