Strawberry Lemonade Shortcake

        Ingredients
Biscuit Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
 - ¾ Cups Whole Milk
 - 2 Tablespoons Natalie's Strawberry Lemonade
 - ½ Cup Cold Butter
 - 1 Tablespoon Sugar
 - 3 Teaspoons Baking Powder
 - 1 Teaspoon Salt
 - Zest of 1 Lemon
 
Filling Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Sliced Strawberries
 - 1 Tablespoon Sugar
 - 3 Tablespoons Natalie's Strawberry Lemonade
 - Whipped Cream Ingredients
 - 1 Cup Whipping Cream
 - 1 Tablespoon Sugar
 - 1 Teaspoon Lemon Zest
 
Directions
- In a small bowl combine the milk and strawberry lemonade set aside.
 - In a food processor combine flour sugar cold butter salt and baking powder and lemon zest. Pulse to combine.
 - Add in the milk mixture and pulse a few more times until it forms a dough. Don’t over mix!
 - Preheat the oven to 450 degrees and line a sheet pan with parchment.
 - Using your hands gently make 8 biscuits and place on the sheet pan. Don’t press the dough together just gently form dough balls.
 - Bake for 10-11 minutes. Set aside to cool.
 - In a mixing bowl combine sliced strawberries strawberry lemonade and sugar. Set aside.
 - Make the whipped cream with a hand mixer by whipping the heavy cream sugar and lemon zest together until soft peaks form.
 - Assemble the shortcakes by slicing or breaking the biscuits in half add the sugared strawberries and top with lemon cream!
