Spicy Pineapple Mocktail

Ingredients

  • 16oz Natalie's Pineapple Lime Lions Mane Tomato Juice
  • ½oz juice from Wickle’s Wicked Hula Pickles
  • 1 12oz ginger beer
  • ½ tbsp agave syrup or honey
  • ½ tbsp himalayan sea salt
  • ½ tbsp tajin
  • Fresh pineapple for garnish
  • Wickle’s Wicked Hula Pickles for garnish

Directions

  1. In a pitcher combine the Natalie's Pineapple Lime Lions Mane Tomato Juice Wickle’s Wicked Pickles juice and ½ of the ginger beer. Stir Well.
  2. On a small plate mix together the pink himalayan salt and tajin.
  3. To 2 glasses take a small basting brush and brush the agave syrup or honey on the outside of the glasses.
  4. Take each glass and dip the outside part coated in agave into the tajin mixture.
  5. Fill both glasses with ice and pour the Pineapple Lime Lions Mane Tomato Juice mixture equally in both glasses.
  6. Garnish with a cocktail pick skewered with pineapple slices and Wickle’s Wicked Hula Pickles.
