Carrot Blood Orange Bellini

Featuring Natalie's Carrot Ginger Turmeric Juice

Ingredients

  • 1⁄2 cup Natalie’s Carrot juice
  • 1 Blood orange peeled & segmented
  • 2-3 tsp simple syrup
  • Prosecco
  • Fresh rosemary garnish
  • Blood Orange slices garnish

Directions

  1. In a blender blend together Natalie’s Carrot juice & Blood orange segments.
  2. Add simple syrup to taste. Then stir well.
  3. Divide Carrot juice mixture among 4 chilled Champagne flutes.
  4. Top with Prosecco.
  5. Garnish with fresh rosemary and Blood orange slices.
