Cranberry Brie Bites
Featuring Natalie's
Orange Juice
Ingredients
- ½ cup Natalie's Orange Juice
- 1 can cranberry sauce
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 wheel of brie cheese
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- ¼ cup slivered almonds
Directions
- In a saucepan combine the Natalie's Orange Juice, cranberry sauce, and cinnamon. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 10 minutes.
- While that is cooking, preheat the oven to 350 degrees and roll out the puff pastry sheet.
- Slice the puff pastry into 24 squares and press the squares into muffin tins.
- Remove the orange cranberry mixture from the stove and spoon a small amount into each puff pastry cup.
- Top with a slice of brie cheese.
- Bake for 15 minutes until the puff pastry is golden brown.
- Top with slivered almonds and enjoy!
