Grapefruit Bourbon Sour
Featuring Natalie's
Grapefruit Juice
Ingredients
- 2oz Natalie's Grapefruit juice
- 2oz simple syrup
- 2 egg whites
- 4oz bourbon
- ½oz St Germain
- 3 sprigs of rosemary
- ice
Directions
- In a microwave safe cup or bowl combine the simple syrup and 1 rosemary sprig. Microwave for 20 seconds and allow to completely cool. Remove the rosemary.
- In a cocktail shaker combine the Natalie's Grapefruit Juice, ice, simple syrup, egg whites, bourbon and St. Germain. Shake well for 30-60 seconds.
- Strain into 2 rocks glasses and garnish each with a sprig of fresh rosemary.
