Grapefruit Bourbon Sour

Featuring Natalie's Grapefruit Juice

Ingredients

  • 2oz Natalie's Grapefruit juice
  • 2oz simple syrup
  • 2 egg whites
  • 4oz bourbon
  • ½oz St Germain
  • 3 sprigs of rosemary
  • ice

Directions

  1. In a microwave safe cup or bowl combine the simple syrup and 1 rosemary sprig. Microwave for 20 seconds and allow to completely cool. Remove the rosemary.
  2. In a cocktail shaker combine the Natalie's Grapefruit Juice, ice, simple syrup, egg whites, bourbon and St. Germain. Shake well for 30-60 seconds.
  3. Strain into 2 rocks glasses and garnish each with a sprig of fresh rosemary.
