Grapefruit Panna Cotta

Grapefruit Juice
Ingredients
Yields 2
- 1 cup Natalie's Grapefruit juice
- 1 standard packet of gelatin
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ⅓ cup sugar
- ½ cup heavy cream
- Optional for topping: whipped cream & pistachios
Directions
- In a mixing bowl add Natalie's Grapefruit juice, lemon juice, and gelatin packet. Stir together and allow to sit for 5 minutes.
- In a saucepan whisk together the heavy cream and sugar over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved.
- Remove from heat and pour in the grapefruit mixture.
- Pour into 2 small dishes and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- When ready to serve, top with whipped cream and chopped pistachios.
