Grapefruit Panna Cotta

Featuring Natalie's Grapefruit Juice

Ingredients

Yields 2

  • 1 cup Natalie's Grapefruit juice
  • 1 standard packet of gelatin
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • Optional for topping: whipped cream & pistachios

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl add Natalie's Grapefruit juice, lemon juice, and gelatin packet. Stir together and allow to sit for 5 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan whisk together the heavy cream and sugar over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Remove from heat and pour in the grapefruit mixture.
  4. Pour into 2 small dishes and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  5. When ready to serve, top with whipped cream and chopped pistachios.
