Honey Citrus Mimosa with Mint

Tangerine Pineapple Aloe Juice
Ingredients
Yields 4
- ½ cup Natalie's Tangerine Pineapple Aloe Juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 4-5 mint leaves
- Chilled Prosecco
- Carrot Ice Cubes
- ½ an orange, sliced into thin wedges
- 6 small sprigs of mint
- water
Directions
- At least 3 hours before serving, prep the ice cubes by placing a thinly sliced wedge of orange into your ice tray. On one end of the orange slice, wedge a small sprig of mint into the tray and top with water. Freeze for at least 3 hours.
- To make the mimosas, in a pitcher combine the honey, Natalie's Tangerine Pineapple Aloe Juice, and a few mint leaves. Stir to combine.
- Add 1-2 carrot ice cubes into coupe glasses.
- Pour the tangerine pineapple mixture evenly into 4 glasses and top with chilled prosecco and enjoy!
