Honey Paloma

Grapefruit Juice
Ingredients
Yields 2
- 3 oz Natalie's Grapefruit Juice
- 3 oz grapefruit sparkling water
- 3 oz tequila
- ice
- Salt for rim
- Grapefruit slices for garnish
- For ½ oz honey syrup:
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp water
Directions
- In a small bowl combine the honey and water to create a honey syrup.
- In a cocktail shaker combine Natalie's Grapefruit Juice, honey syrup, tequila, and ice. Shake well for 30 seconds.
- Rim 2 glasses with a wedge of grapefruit and dip the rim into flaky salt.
- Fill 2 glasses with ice and strain the Honey Paloma into each glass.
- Top with sparkling water then garnish with a wedge of grapefruit.
