Honey Paloma

Featuring Natalie's Grapefruit Juice

Ingredients

Yields 2

  • 3 oz Natalie's Grapefruit Juice
  • 3 oz grapefruit sparkling water
  • 3 oz tequila
  • ice
  • Salt for rim
  • Grapefruit slices for garnish
  • For ½ oz honey syrup:
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp water

Directions

  1. In a small bowl combine the honey and water to create a honey syrup.
  2. In a cocktail shaker combine Natalie's Grapefruit Juice, honey syrup, tequila, and ice. Shake well for 30 seconds.
  3. Rim 2 glasses with a wedge of grapefruit and dip the rim into flaky salt.
  4. Fill 2 glasses with ice and strain the Honey Paloma into each glass.
  5. Top with sparkling water then garnish with a wedge of grapefruit.
