Orange Thai Chili Glazed Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 1 cup Natalie's Orange Juice
- ¼ cup sweet thai chili sauce
- ¼ tsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- Zest of 1 orange
- 1-2 lbs chicken wings
- 3-4 green onions for garnish
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds for garnish
Directions
- In a small saucepan combine the Natalie's Orange Juice, Thai chili sauce and chili flakes over medium high heat. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce to medium heat and then sprinkle in the cornstarch. Whisk to combine.
- Allow the mixture to boil for 5-7 minutes if it starts to thicken up too much add in more orange juice (up to ½ a cup extra) to thin it out.
- Once it’s reduced and thick like honey remove from heat and set aside.
- Preheat your grill to 400 degrees (or grill pan to medium high heat) and grease the grates with cooking oil.
- Season the chicken wings with salt and pepper then place on the preheated grill.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes on the first side then flip and brush the glaze on the wings.
- Continue cooking for another 5 minutes then flip again. Brush the glaze on this side and cook for one more minute.
- Remove the wings and garnish with sliced green onion sesame seeds and extra orange chili glaze on the side.
