Spicy Margarita Marinated Steak Fajitas

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Natalie's Margarita Mix
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup lime juice
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 2 tsp salt (if your taco seasoning has no salt)
- ¼ tsp chili flakes
- 1 red bell pepper halved
- 1 onion quartered
- 1 jalapeno sliced
- 2-3 lb flank steak
- 8-12 flour tortillas
- Cilantro for garnish
- Halved limes for garnish
Directions
- Mix the marinade by whisking together the Natalie's Margarita Mix, olive oil, lime juice, taco seasoning, salt, sliced jalapeno and chili flakes.
- Add the steak to a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the steak. Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour up to overnight.
- When ready to serve heat the grill to 400 degrees (Or grill pan to medium high heat) and remove the steak from the fridge and set aside.
- Brush the grill grates or pan with cooking oil add the bell pepper halves onion quarters and 2 halved limes.
- Grill for 5-7 minutes then flip them over to cook on the other side for 3-5 minutes until tender.
- Remove the veggies and set aside.
- Add the steak to the grill and cook for 5 minutes on the first side. Flip and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until you reach your desired doneness.
- Remove the steak and allow it to rest on a cutting board for 10 minutes.
- While the steak rests slice the bell pepper and onion into thin slices.
- Slice the steak and serve on a tortilla layered with the peppers and onions. Top with cilantro and a squeeze of the grilled limes.
