Pineapple Coconut Sorbet

Ingredients

Yields 8 Servings

  • 2 cups Natalie’s Pineapple Juice
  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 3 cups frozen pineapple
  • ¼ cup agave (optional for sweetness)
  • Sliced pineapple for garnish 
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. You may need to add a splash more pineapple juice to reach your desired consistency. 
  2. Pour the mixture into a bread loaf pan and chill the mixture in the fridge for 2 hours.
  3. Scoop and serve with a sprig of mint and slice of pineapple.
