Plum Lemon Crumble

Featuring Natalie's Lemon Juice

Ingredients

Ingredients For Filling:

  • 5-6 Ripe plums sliced
  • 1/3 cup Natalie's Lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup Brown sugar
  • Zest of 1 lemon

Ingredients For Crumble:

  • 1 1/2 cups Rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 8 Tbsp. Butter melted

Directions

  1. Preheat over to 350°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients for the crumble & stir with a spoon until "crumbles" form.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl combine all ingredients for filling toss together gently to incorporate.
  4. Pour the filling into a small 8" round or square baking dish.
  5. Top with crumble.
  6. Place the baking dish on a cookie sheet so the filling doesn't spill over & bake for 35-40 minutes until bubbly.
  7. Top with extra lemon zest & enjoy!
