Plum Lemon Crumble

Lemon Juice
Ingredients
Ingredients For Filling:
- 5-6 Ripe plums sliced
- 1/3 cup Natalie's Lemon juice
- 1/3 cup Brown sugar
- Zest of 1 lemon
Ingredients For Crumble:
- 1 1/2 cups Rolled oats
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar
- 2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 8 Tbsp. Butter melted
Directions
- Preheat over to 350°F.
- In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients for the crumble & stir with a spoon until "crumbles" form.
- In a medium mixing bowl combine all ingredients for filling toss together gently to incorporate.
- Pour the filling into a small 8" round or square baking dish.
- Top with crumble.
- Place the baking dish on a cookie sheet so the filling doesn't spill over & bake for 35-40 minutes until bubbly.
- Top with extra lemon zest & enjoy!
