Root Down Cocktail
Ingredients
- 2 oz. blanco tequila (or mezcal)
- 1 oz. Natalie's Carrot Ginger Juice
- 1 oz. Natalie's Orange Beet Juice
- 0 3/4 oz. lime juice
- 0 1/2 oz. honey
- Pinch of cayenne
- Thinly sliced beets for garnish
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a rocks glass over ice.
- Stir to dilute.
- Garnish with thinly sliced beets.
