Smoked Blood Orange Negroni Sbagliato

Ingredients

• 1 oz Natalie's Blood Orange Juice
• 1 oz Campari
• 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
• 1 oz Gin

Directions

1. In a small pitcher combine all ingredients stir well to combine.
2. Pour over a sphere or cube of ice
3. Place the smoker without the top on the glass
4. Fill the chamber with wood chips and light with a kitchen torch until it catches fire.
5. Place the cap on the smoker & let this set for a minute or two.
6. Remove the smoker and garnish with a dehydrated blood orange garnish
