Spicy Pineapple Kale Zinc Mojito

Featuring Natalie's Pineapple Kale Zinc Juice

Ingredients

  • 4 oz white rum
  • 8 oz Natalie's Pineapple Kale Juice
  • 3 oz agave syrup
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 6-7 fresh mint leaves (& a few extra to garnish!)
  • 1 sliced jalapeno
  • Club soda
  • Pineapple for garnish

Directions

  1. In a pitcher combine the sliced jalapeño, lime juice and mint leaves. Muddle well with a wooden spoon.
  2. Add the Pineapple Kale Juice and Rum. Stir well.
  3. In a glass with crushed ice add a splash of club soda then top with the Pineapple Kale Rum mixture.
  4. Stir to combine and garnish with a slice of pineapple jalapeño and mint leaves
