Spicy Pineapple Kale Zinc Mojito

Pineapple Kale Zinc Juice
Ingredients
- 4 oz white rum
- 8 oz Natalie's Pineapple Kale Juice
- 3 oz agave syrup
- Juice of 1 lime
- 6-7 fresh mint leaves (& a few extra to garnish!)
- 1 sliced jalapeno
- Club soda
- Pineapple for garnish
Directions
- In a pitcher combine the sliced jalapeño, lime juice and mint leaves. Muddle well with a wooden spoon.
- Add the Pineapple Kale Juice and Rum. Stir well.
- In a glass with crushed ice add a splash of club soda then top with the Pineapple Kale Rum mixture.
- Stir to combine and garnish with a slice of pineapple jalapeño and mint leaves
