Strawberry Lemonade Granita

Featuring Natalie's Strawberry Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 16oz Natalie's Strawberry Lemonade
  • 4-5 strawberries diced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp agave

Directions

  1. Pour the Natalie's Strawberry Lemonade into a shallow baking dish and add the diced strawberries.
  2. Place this in the freezer and every 30 minutes scrape down the edges of the frozen dessert creating a slushy consistency.
  3. Repeat for 3 hours.
  4. 30 minutes before the final stir in a mixing bowl combine the whipping cream agave lemon juice and lemon zest.
  5. Pour this cream mixture over top of the frozen strawberry lemonade and stir one more time.
  6. Freeze for a final 30 minutes then serve in individual dishes.
