Homemade Electrolyte Drinks
Ingredients
Red Gatorade Ingredients:
- ¼ cup Natalie's Orange Juice
- ¼ cup tart cherry juice
- 4 cups coconut water
- 2 cups water
- 1 tsp pink himalayan salt
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
Blue Gatorade Ingredients:
- ¼ cup Natalie's Lemon Juice
- ¼ cup Natalie's Lime Juice
- 4 cups coconut water
- 2 cups water
- 1 tsp pink himalayan salt
- 4 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 tsp blue spirulina powder
Orange Gatorade Ingredients:
- ½ cup Natalie's Orange Pineapple Juice
- 4 cups coconut water
- 2 cups water
- 1 tsp pink himalayan salt
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a pitcher or mason jar and stir well.
- Repeat these steps for each flavor then store in a sealed mason jar or a pitcher with a lid in the fridge.
