Homemade Electrolyte Drinks

Featuring Natalie's Lemon Juice and Lime Juice and Orange Juice and Orange Pineapple Juice

Ingredients

Red Gatorade Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup Natalie's Orange Juice
  • ¼ cup tart cherry juice
  • 4 cups coconut water
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tsp pink himalayan salt
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup

Blue Gatorade Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup Natalie's Lemon Juice
  • ¼ cup Natalie's Lime Juice
  • 4 cups coconut water
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tsp pink himalayan salt
  • 4 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 tsp blue spirulina powder

Orange Gatorade Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Natalie's Orange Pineapple Juice
  • 4 cups coconut water
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tsp pink himalayan salt
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a pitcher or mason jar and stir well.
  2. Repeat these steps for each flavor then store in a sealed mason jar or a pitcher with a lid in the fridge.
