Pumpkin Pie Mimosas

Featuring Natalie's Orange Juice and Tangerine Juice

Ingredients

  • 56oz Natalie's Orange or Tangerine juice
  • 1 bottle Prosecco, chilled
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • 3 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: Cinnamon sugar for rimming glasses
  • Whipped cream for garnish

Directions

  1. In a pitcher, whisk together the Orange or Tangerine juice, pumpkin puree, agave syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Dip the rims of flutes in agave, then coat with a cinnamon sugar mixture.
  3. Pour about ¼ cup of the pumpkin-orange mixture into each champagne flute.
  4. Slowly top with chilled Prosecco.
  5. Top with whipped cream and an extra sprinkle of cinnamon sugar.
