Pumpkin Pie Mimosas
Ingredients
- 56oz Natalie's Orange or Tangerine juice
- 1 bottle Prosecco, chilled
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- 3 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: Cinnamon sugar for rimming glasses
- Whipped cream for garnish
Directions
- In a pitcher, whisk together the Orange or Tangerine juice, pumpkin puree, agave syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Dip the rims of flutes in agave, then coat with a cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Pour about ¼ cup of the pumpkin-orange mixture into each champagne flute.
- Slowly top with chilled Prosecco.
- Top with whipped cream and an extra sprinkle of cinnamon sugar.
