Natalie's Fruit Snacks

Featuring Natalie's Natural Lemonade

Ingredients

Mango Peach:

  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 2 cups frozen mango
  • 3/4 cup of water
  • 1/4 cup Natalie's Natural Lemonade
  • 6 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 4 Tbsp. gelatin

Strawberry Raspberry:

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup Natalie's Natural Lemonade
  • 6 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 4 Tbsp. gelatin

Blueberry Raspberry:

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup Natalie's Natural Lemonade
  • 6 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 4 Tbsp. gelatin

Directions

  1. To make any of the fruit snacks add the frozen fruit water natural lemonade & maple syrup to a high-speed blender and blend to puree the mixture. Add the mixture to a medium-sized saucepan & sprinkle with the gelatin. Let sit for 5 minutes to allow the gelatin to bloom.
  2. Heat the mixture over medium heat & dissolve the gelatin while whisking it. Do not boil. Once the gelatin has fully dissolved & there are no remaining clumps remove from heat.
  3. Put silicon molds on a baking tray. Fill the molds using a dropper. Once the molds are filled place in the freezer for 15 minutes or in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Remove from molds and store in the fridge for up to a week.
