Orange Beet Sidecar

Ingredients

Yields 1

• 2 oz. Cognac
• 1 oz. Cointreau or other orange-flavored liqueur
• 1 oz. Natalie's Orange Beet Juice
• 1 tsp. Natalie's Orange Juice
• Orange twists for garnishing

Directions

1. In a cocktail shaker combine cognac cointreau orange beet juice & orange juice.
2. Fill shaker with ice & shake well. Rub the rim of a chilled coupe glass with an orange twist.
3. Strain the cocktail into the glass & garnish with the orange twist.
