Orange Jalapeno BBQ Grilled Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
Yields 4-6 Servings
- 6-8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1.5 cups Natalie’s Orange Juice
- ¼ cup BBQ sauce (your favorite smoky kind)
- 1 jalapeño, finely chopped (remove seeds for less heat)
- 2 tsp taco seasoning
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Chopped green onion, for serving
Directions
- In a large bowl or zip-top bag, whisk together Natalie’s Orange Juice, BBQ sauce, jalapeño, taco seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken thighs, tossing to coat, and marinate for at least 1 hour (up to 8 hours if you're really planning ahead).
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken thighs for about 6–7 minutes per side, until caramelized and juicy and your neighbors are peeking over the fence.
- Garnish with fresh green onion and serve hot.
