Orange Jalapeno BBQ Grilled Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

Yields 4-6 Servings

  • 6-8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1.5 cups Natalie’s Orange Juice
  • ¼ cup BBQ sauce (your favorite smoky kind)
  • 1 jalapeño, finely chopped (remove seeds for less heat)
  • 2 tsp taco seasoning
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Chopped green onion, for serving 

Directions

  1. In a large bowl or zip-top bag, whisk together Natalie’s Orange Juice, BBQ sauce, jalapeño, taco seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken thighs, tossing to coat, and marinate for at least 1 hour (up to 8 hours if you're really planning ahead).
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken thighs for about 6–7 minutes per side, until caramelized and juicy and your neighbors are peeking over the fence.
  4. Garnish with fresh green onion and serve hot.
