Pickle Lemonade Gin and Tonic

Ingredients

Yields 1

  • 2 oz Natalie’s Natural Lemonade
  • 2 oz Gin
  • ½ oz pickle brine
  • Pinch of freshly cracked red peppercorns
  • 4 oz tonic water
  • Cornichons for garnish 
  • Fresh dill for garnish 

Directions

  1. In a small pitcher stir together the lemonade, pickle brine, cracked peppercorns and gin. 
  2. Pour this mixture over fresh ice in a coupe or highball glass. 
  3. Top with tonic water.
  4. Garnish with a cocktail pick of cornichons and a few sprigs of fresh dill.
