Homemade Strawberry Lemonade Fruit Leather
Ingredients
Yields 4-6
- 1 cups Natalie’s Strawberry Lemonade
- 1 cups ripe strawberries, hulled
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 tsp lemon zest
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 170°F (or the lowest setting).
- Blend strawberries, strawberry lemonade, lemon zest, and sweetener until smooth.
- Pour mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread evenly into a thin layer.
- Bake for 4–6 hours, or until it’s dry to the touch and peels away easily.
- Let cool, then roll up the parchment paper into a roll, cut into 4-6 pieces.
- Tie up each roll with a piece of butchers twine and store in an airtight container.
