Homemade Strawberry Lemonade Fruit Leather

Ingredients

Yields 4-6

  • 1 cups Natalie’s Strawberry Lemonade
  • 1 cups ripe strawberries, hulled
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tsp lemon zest

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 170°F (or the lowest setting).
  2. Blend strawberries, strawberry lemonade, lemon zest, and sweetener until smooth.
  3. Pour mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread evenly into a thin layer.
  4. Bake for 4–6 hours, or until it’s dry to the touch and peels away easily.
  5. Let cool, then roll up the parchment paper into a roll, cut into 4-6 pieces.
  6. Tie up each roll with a piece of butchers twine and store in an airtight container.
