Shamrock Gin Sour

Blood Orange Juice
Ingredients
Yields 1
- 2 oz Natalie's Blood Orange juice
- 1 tbsp matcha powder
- 1.5 oz gin
- ½ oz lime juice
- 1 egg white
- ½ oz simple syrup
- Ice
- Dehydrated blood orange slice for garnish
Directions
- In a cocktail shaker combine Natalie's Blood Orange Juice, matcha powder, gin, lime juice, eggs white, simple syrup, and ice. Shake for 30-60 seconds.
- Strain into a glass and top with a blood orange slice.
