Smokey Mezcal Orange Beet Spritz

Featuring Natalie's Orange Beet Juice

Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 1 oz Natalie's Orange Beet Juice
  • 1 oz mezcal
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • ½ oz agave
  • 4 oz La Marca Prosecco
  • Orange slices for garnish

Directions

  1. Heat a grill pan or cast iron skillet over high heat and add a few orange slices. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side then remove and allow to cool.
  2. To a spritz glass add 4 large ice cubes and 2 orange slices.
  3. Pour in orange beet juice, mezcal, lemon juice, and agave. Stir to combine.
  4. Top with chilled prosecco and garnish with a slice of orange.
