Smokey Mezcal Orange Beet Spritz

Orange Beet Juice
Ingredients
Serves 1
- 1 oz Natalie's Orange Beet Juice
- 1 oz mezcal
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ½ oz agave
- 4 oz La Marca Prosecco
- Orange slices for garnish
Directions
- Heat a grill pan or cast iron skillet over high heat and add a few orange slices. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side then remove and allow to cool.
- To a spritz glass add 4 large ice cubes and 2 orange slices.
- Pour in orange beet juice, mezcal, lemon juice, and agave. Stir to combine.
- Top with chilled prosecco and garnish with a slice of orange.
